Tor Oskar holds an M.Sc. (Sivilingeniør), and has a broad experience as architect , programmer, and project manager within severeal domains. He as previously worked with Norwegian Armed Forces, Bouvet, Gard and Knowit.

When he is not working he is likely to be at sea with his boat.
